FiberRod 1.25"

This 1.25" raw fiberglass rod is a great alternative material for posts and droppers that provides strength and self-insulating properties. This material can be custom cut to length but is also available as precut 5' rods (F1Q5) and 6’ rods (F1Q6). This is uncoated B-grade fiberglass so use gloves when handling. Adding a protective coating will add to the lifespan of this material. Drilling these posts gives you the option to run wires directly through the post or use 12½ gauge cotter pins (FCPCR) or 14 gauge cotter pins (FCPCH) to hold wires at the intended height. You can also use dropper clips (FP1) with these rods.
