Kencove Electric Netting can be erected in minutes with no elaborate list of materials or special tools needed. Manufactured in the USA, the simple, lightweight design allows the fence to be moved and set up repeatedly, making for almost instant pastures and enclosures. And most importantly, an electric net fence protects precious livestock, produce, and even pets from predators and pests. One person can erect an electric net in ten minutes or less by simply unrolling the lightweight netting bundle along the chosen fence line and stepping in the posts. This is possible thanks to step-in posts already built into the netting. There are no pilot holes to dig and no special tools needed. Just apply pressure with your foot. The posts also feature split-tops, which allow for easy adjustment or replacement of the posts and can be tapped lightly with a hammer when working in hard soils. Once the posts are stepped in,

all that's left is to tie the end posts together and add electricity. Our electric netting is just as easy to dismantle and move as it is to install, making it a hit among pastured poultry farmers and rotational grazers. With an electric net fence, a pasture or enclosure can be set up in practically any location and quickly moved when necessary. And thanks to its bundle design, an electric net fence can easily be stored away when not in use.

Electric netting should be unrolled, assembled, and dismantled properly to avoid tangles. Once the netting is unpacked, and you have chosen a

location to fence, place the net on the ground and untie the green strings. Gently unroll the netting, leaving the posts in a bundle.  Place the first post on the ground. Pick up the remaining bundle of posts and begin walking backwards, creating the enclosure. As the netting pulls tight, toss down a post about every 13 feet. Once the posts are all on the ground, go back and step in each one. Lastly, you will attach the energizer of your choice. Keep in mind, it must be a low-impedance model with at least .25 joules of output.  Since electric netting is a temporary fence and does not withstand the force of winter, it should be dismantled and stowed away during the cold season. This is just the reverse of assembling the net.

Pull out each post and place it on the ground. Once each post is lying on the ground, go to the first post and pick it up. Move to the next post and pick it up. As you pick up the post, the netting will naturally fold onto itself under the post. When the last post has been retrieved, place the posts and folded netting on the ground. Roll the netting up until it meets the posts. Wrap the posts and netting with the green tie string and tie. Store the netting in the barn rafters or with moth balls so that small rodents do not make a winter home within the netting.
