Terms and Conditions

I/we/Company ("the Company") understand and agree that at least 75% of the merchandise purchases will be for resale. It is further understood that the first orders will be at retail price if not meeting the 75% resale term. The Company understands as a dealer/reseller that a finance charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per year will accrue after the terms grace period days from the date of each billing statement.

For the Company that elects to become a Dealer with Terms the Company understands that credit card payments will only be allowed at the time of the original order and will not be allowed or accepted for any term amounts owed.

A $30.00 fee will apply for all returned checks and/or a rejected eCheck fee along with loss of any payment discounts applied. The Company understands and agrees that if our account becomes a delinquent credit account and it is referred to a collection agency or attorney, the Company agrees to pay all charges for collection costs of my credit account. Including all fees but not limited to attorney fees, all court costs, and any related costs in addition to the total unpaid balance of our credit account. Further the Company agrees that transmission of the endorsement below by whatever means: fax, text, email, mail, or whatever other transmission of this endorsement shall be legally binding in a court of law. The Company guarantees that the information provided on this application is true, correct, and complete.

Sales/Use Tax Compliance: It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure compliance with all applicable state and local sales/use tax laws. Please consult your state's tax authority to determine your obligations. Tax exemption forms are available from Kencove upon request for qualifying businesses.
