All residential orders will include a lift gate fee in the freight quote that will vary by carrier. Lift gates cannot be used with over-length items.
Kencove accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, wire transfers, personal and business checks, PayPal, E-Checks, ACH (electronic funds transfer), as well as cash upon picking up orders at our warehouse locations. E-Checks qualify for a 1% discount when paying at the time of placing the order. Checks and E-Checks over $5,000.00 are held until funds are cleared by the bank. This usually takes 4 business days. We also offer net payment options for approved dealer accounts.
To become a dealer and receive dealer pricing and other benefits, request a Dealer Application. Once completed, submit it to a Kencove Product Specialist. You will be notified of your approval status after your application is reviewed. As a Kencove dealer, at least 75% of merchandise purchases must be for resale. Dealer/Reseller will pay all shipping charges. Note that there will be a $100.00 credit application fee with a $75 credit applied back to your account after the completion of your first order as a dealer.
