Kencove Farm Fence Inc. – Cancellation Policy

We work hard to ensure every order meets your needs and project timelines. Because many products are made-to-order or require vendor commitments, this policy balances flexibility for customers with fairness to our suppliers and manufacturing partners.


Standard Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no charge if the goods have not been shipped.
  • After 48 hours or once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Orders already processed may be eligible for return under our Return Policy (shipping and restocking fees apply).
  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply depending on product condition i.e. unopened/unused, packaging, and resale ability.  


Special or Custom Orders

  • Require a non-refundable deposit of 50% (or more, if required by the vendor).
  • Kencove will confirm an acceptance period (typically 24–72 hours) before placing a special order.
  • Once confirmed with the vendor, deposits are non-refundable.
  • If cancelled prior to vendor confirmation, refunds will be issued less any costs incurred.
  • After vendor confirmation but before delivery, customers remain responsible for vendor cancellation charges, work-in-progress costs, or restocking fees.
  • Once products arrive at a Kencove facility, the customer is responsible for  100% of the order value, regardless of whether delivery is accepted.


Vendor Delays

  • We will promptly notify you of any supplier delay and work to expedite delivery or source alternatives.
  • If a supplier’s delay materially impacts on your project timeline and exceeds 30 days beyond the agreed timeframe, deposits paid for delayed materials will be refunded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

 

Deposit statement for large/special orders: 

Due to the custom nature of this order, a deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance. This deposit is nonrefundable once materials are ordered from the vendor. Should cancellation occur after vendor confirmation, the customer remains liable for all vendor charges, restocking fees, and any remaining balance due on the order.

This policy forms part of Kencove Farm Fence Inc.’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by an authorized Kencove representative.
