Kiwitech Heavy-Duty Handle Strainer

This heavy-duty handle adds layers of function to reels and internal paddock divisions. The pigtail hook provides a secure put of contact when attaching to another fence line. This handle can be non-conductive when tied off around the lower spool hub or become electrified when twine is wrapped around the upper spool hub where exposed metal is conducting through the handle body from the handle hook. These same spooling hubs give you the ability to adjust slack in the line from the handle without the need to travel back to the reel to adjust tension. Simply wrap slack twine around the upper or lower spool hubs until desired tension is attained.
